Create a simple and easy healthy breakfast, including the delicious recipes for Nut Mylk, Chia Pudding, Superfood Smoothie and Gluten-free Granola.

All the recipes are gluten, dairy & refined sugar-free but packed with flavour!

Really good options for those who do not want to spend too much time in the kitchen and want a meal full of nutrients.

Elika will give a demo on how to make the recipes, including the equipment and ingredients needed, tips on where to buy these from, as well as the health properties of each ingredient.

After the demo you will enjoy a special breakfast and get the opportunity to ask additional questions and to network with other people!
